New System Recommendation
Toshiba branded laptops continue to be the best built and the least common to show in the service center.  Our most commonly repaired systems are Dell, Gateway and HP.  Power jacks are the most common failure point on any laptop.

Quite simply, every model in existence. We have and do work on them all!

How much does it cost?
Power jack repairs are a flat 74.95 fee including parts, labor and return shipping.  Check out services page for pricing on other repairs.

When will I get my laptop back?
Typical turnaround time in the shop is 24 hours.  Then it's up to Fedex to get your system back to you as quickly as possible.  We ship by Fedex and we recommend all of our clients do the same.  If you need expedited shipping it is available.

What is your warranty?
Jack repairs are warrantied for 90 days.  If your jack fails within that time you may purchase a jack repair from us and ship us the system with a note regrading the failure.  If upon inspecting the system, we find that our soldering has failed then we will refund you the cost of labor which you have paid to resubmit your system to us.  If however there is physical damage to the jack then that would not be covered since we have no control over what happens to the system and how it is used once the laptop leaves our shop.
